STELLAR CLEANERS INC. Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of www.stellarcleaners.ca (the “Site”) and the services provided by Stellar Cleaners Inc. (“Stellar Cleaners,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our Site or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Business Description & Communications

Stellar Cleaners Inc. provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services across Ontario.

By providing your contact information and opting in, you agree to receive communications from us, which may include:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders

  • Service updates or scheduling changes

  • Invoices, payment confirmations, and receipts

  • Customer service messages related to your booking

These messages may be sent via SMS/text message, phone call, or email.

2. SMS / Text Messaging Terms of Service (A2P Compliance)

By opting into Stellar Cleaners’ SMS messaging program, you consent to receive text messages related to your services, appointments, billing, and customer support.

Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time.
Just text “STOP” to (289) 769-1967.

After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you a confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

If you want to join again, simply sign up as you did the first time, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message Rates & Frequency

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us or sent by you to us.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services but typically includes appointment-related and service-related messages only.

3. Intellectual Property

All content published and made available on our Site is the property of Stellar Cleaners Inc. and its creators. This includes, but is not limited to, images, text, logos, documents, and downloadable files.

4. Acceptable Use

As a user of our Site, you agree to use it lawfully and not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

5. Limitation of Liability

Stellar Cleaners Inc., including its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates, shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our Site or services, except where prohibited by law.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stellar Cleaners Inc. from any claims arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

7. Payment & Authorization

Our preferred method of payment is secure credit card.

By providing your credit card details at the time of booking, you authorize Stellar Cleaners to place a temporary authorization hold up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled service.

The card on file will be charged after the cleaning service is completed, based on the final service duration and agreed scope of work.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant third-party processor. Stellar Cleaners does not store full credit card information.

If payment cannot be processed, we reserve the right to cancel the service or require advance payment.

8. Refunds, Service Issues & Damage Claims

Due to the nature of cleaning services and labor already performed, refunds are not issued once a service has been completed.

If service does not meet expectations based on the checklist provided in your booking confirmation, you must notify us within 24 hours. Our remedy is to return and address the issue at no additional charge.

Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Repair or replacement is our standard resolution.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law or business operations. Updates will be posted on our Site or communicated via email where appropriate.
