How Our Service Works
Our services are offered at a flat-rate price based on an estimated amount of time it would take one cleaner to complete your selected checklist, using the details you provide at booking.
Every home is different. The condition of your space, level of buildup, and any additional requests can impact how long a thorough clean will take.
Our goal is simple: deliver the best possible result within your scheduled time.
If Additional Time Is Needed
In some cases, additional time may be required to complete all areas to our standard.
If this happens, we will contact you during the cleaning with:
• What’s been completed
• What remains
• Additional time recommended
• Any associated cost
You can then choose how to proceed.
If additional time is declined, we will prioritize key areas and complete as much as possible within your scheduled time we discussed and quoted on.
OUR SERVICE STANDARDS
At Stellar Professional Cleaners, we believe in professionalism, accountability, and protecting both our clients and our cleaning professionals.
As part of our quality-control process, our team may take limited before-and-after photos during service appointments. These photos are used strictly for:
service verification,
quality assurance,
documentation of pre-existing conditions,
and protection in the event of disputes or damage claims.
Photos are kept internal, handled professionally, and are never used publicly without client consent.
Our cleaners are trained to focus only on relevant cleaning areas and avoid personal or sensitive items whenever possible.
Photo documentation is considered a standard operational requirement of service.
Cleaning Services We Offer
Standard Cleaning
Typically performed on weekly service visits. Tasks are completed based on time booked, home condition, and service priorities.
General Cleaning:
All areas dusted, cobwebs removed.
Table tops dusted/wiped.
Carpet/area rugs vacuumed.
Beds made.
Mirrors polished, lampshades dusted.
Doors and door handles wiped and cleaned.
Floors vacuumed, washed and sanitized.
Garbage containers emptied.
Kitchen:
Counter tops and back splashes cleaned.
Small appliances exteriors wiped down (toasters, kettles, coffee machines).
Exterior of large appliances cleaned (stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher).
Microwave cleaned inside.
Cabinet fronts dusted and spot cleaned.
Sinks scrubbed and disinfected.
Bathroom:
Toilets disinfected inside and out.
Bathtubs/showers cleaned, disinfected and rinsed.
Vanity tops and sinks cleaned, disinfected and rinsed.
Mirrors polished.

Deep Cleaning
Typically performed on monthly service visits on top of the standard cleaning service checklist. Tasks are completed based on time booked, home condition, and service priorities.
Kitchen:
Clean interior of exhaust fan/hood.
Wash out garbage bins.
Clean walls (washable paint/ paper only).
Clean baseboards.
Bathroom:
Clean inside empty cabinets and drawers.
Clean window interiors.
Clean walls (washable paint/ paper only).
Clean baseboards
Other Living Spaces:
Clean additional sliding glass doors.
Clean underneath area rugs.
Clean interior windows.
Detail light fixtures and ceiling fans.
