We had a great experience with Stellar Cleaning Service for our move-out cleaning. Our original cleaner had to cancel at the last minute due to an emergency, and I found Stellar Cleaning on Google. They were able to help us on such short notice, which was a huge relief!
Natasha was very helpful and responsive, and she and the Stellar team did a great job with the cleaning. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently. I really appreciate them stepping in at the last minute and making the whole process so much easier. Highly recommend!

Very pleased with Colleens clean. She is very methodical & efficient, she also moves objects to dust properly instead of dusting around objects; which I found is the habit of other Cleaners I have used. Colleen cleans like I would if I was able. I highly recommend Stellar Cleaners.

We recently had Stellar Cleaners clean our home in Cambridge and were extremely pleased with the experience. Communication with both the office and coordinating staff was excellent from start to finish. Our cleaner arrived on time, was attentive during the initial walkthrough, and completed the entire home within the scheduled time. We have a busy household, and she made sure everything we requested was taken care of. The house was absolutely immaculate when she finished. Five stars from us, and we'll definitely be having Stellar Cleaners back again. 😊

Stellar Cleaners were awesome to work with. The team took great care in our initial conversations to understand the requirements and our house before sharing a quote based on our specific budget and needs. … The cleaners theirselves were fantastic… we felt very secure having the cleaners inside our living space and had no concerns with security of risk to our belongings. … We will certainly be using the services again and are currently working through a more regular cleaning schedule.

I was looking to secure a new cleaning agency for an office space and I came across Stellar. They called me back within a few hours of my inquiry and made the process so easy. They are friendly, prompt and the office was sparkling!!. We have decided to hire them on an on going basis and look forward to a long professional relationship.

They cleaned my student house and the results were great! Everyone was super friendly and easy to reach when I had issues with scheduling. I would definitely recommend if you are a student at Mcmaster or even living in Hamilton!
